This Privacy Policy explains what information the Arrow Puzzle mobile application ("Arrow Puzzle", the "App/Game", "we", "us", or "our") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App/Game is published by Everyday Utility Apps. By using the App/Game, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Arrow Puzzle has no sign-up or login and does not ask you to enter personal information to play. If you email us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in that message (such as your email address and the contents of your message).

Information stored on your device

Your game data — levels completed, current level, daily-challenge history, streaks, settings, and similar progress — is stored locally on your device using the App's/Game's own on-device database and preferences. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this game data, and it is not uploaded to us. Removing the App/Game deletes this data.

Information collected automatically

To show ads and to keep the App/Game stable, our third-party providers (Google) may automatically collect limited technical information, which can include:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) and, for ad-serving, approximate/coarse signals;
• Device information such as device model, operating-system version, language, and app/game version;
• App/Game usage and interaction events (for example, levels started or completed) in aggregated, non-identifying form;
• Crash and diagnostic data (stack traces, device state at the time of a crash) to help us fix problems;
• General network information (such as coarse region derived from IP address by our providers; we do not store your IP address ourselves).

2. How we use information

• To provide and run the game, and to save your progress on your device;
• To display advertising, including frequency control and, where you consent, personalized ads;
• To understand aggregate usage so we can improve levels, difficulty, and features;
• To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical problems;
• To respond to you if you contact support.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

Arrow Puzzle relies on the following third-party services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

4. Advertising & consent

Arrow Puzzle displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized (based on advertising data) or non-personalized (based only on coarse, contextual signals), depending on your region and your consent choice.

• EEA, UK & Switzerland: before serving personalized ads or collecting optional data, we present a consent request using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can decline, and you can change your choice at any time from the App's/Game's Settings → Privacy options.
• Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by device).

5. Data storage, retention & security

Game progress and preferences remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App/Game. Data collected by our third-party providers is retained according to their own policies. We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's privacy

Arrow Puzzle is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain data uses. Because Arrow Puzzle stores game data only on your device and does not maintain user accounts, you can exercise most of these rights directly by:

• Adjusting or withdrawing ad consent via Settings → Privacy options in the App/Game;
• Resetting or deleting your Advertising ID in your device settings;
• Uninstalling the App/Game, which removes the game data stored on your device.

8. Device permissions

The App/Game requests the following permissions:

• INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — required to load ads and send crash/usage diagnostics;
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — used only to send optional local reminders (for example, the daily challenge). These notifications are generated on your device; you can disable them in your device or App/Game settings at any time.

9. International users

Our third-party providers may process and store information on servers located in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, these providers implement safeguards for such transfers as described in their respective privacy policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated through the App/Game or the store listing. Your continued use of the App/Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
